Our portfolio includes all components, devices and parts related to ducts and fittings. Our quality products meet the unique requirements of all kinds of projects efficiently.
Applications: Duct systems for kitchen exhaust, moisture laden air, fume exhaust, special application like hospitals, testing laboratories, and highly corrosive atmosphere conditions. High resistance to corrosion from moisture and most chemicals and with the ability to take a high polish. Good formability and weldability Categories: HVAC Ducts, Rigid Ducts, Sheet Metal Ducting, Stainless Steel.
MS ducts are mainly used for the kitchen exhaust because of its inherently fire resistant characteristics. The fire resistance characteristics of MS ducts can be further enhanced by Fire Rated Spray Coat or painted with multiple coats of red oxide along with rock wool insulation conforming to NFPA 96 Standard.
Fire rated ducts improve the safe operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems by minimizing the chance of the spread of fire. Effective fire resilient insulation acts as a barrier between ducts, to slow down or prevent the passage of flames and smoke around the building.
UL 181 listed as a Class 1 Air Duct, with safety standard UL 181 (factory made air ducts & air connectors). Ideal for projects where existing building structures have insufficient load capacity for new service loads. Low weight fabricated ductwork and quick installation. Reduced labor and material, including fixing leading to cost-savings without compromising performance. Low air-leakage.
GI ducts are ideally used for comfort cooling applications of supply and return air for HVAC projects. They are fabricated from prime grade Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets using state-of-the art automated machinery. The duct are manufactured with full compliance with International Duct Construction Standards SMACNA and DW/144.
Stuck-up pins are also known as Insulation Fasteners and Self-adhesive Hangers. They are designed to fix insulating materials to smooth surfaces such as air ducts, attenuators, chambers, and enclosures. Their use allows proper and speedy quality fixture without the risk of corrosion.
Duct tape is a cloth backed pressure-sensitive tape, often coated with polyethylene. There are a variety of constructions using different backings and adhesives, and the term ‘duct tape’ has been genericized to refer to different cloth tapes with differing purposes.
A Duct Connector eliminates noise vibrations in ducts. Fabrics available are Vinyl, Neoprene, Silicon, Hypalon and Polyurethane Canvas.
